DZQ-600 series multi-functional vacuum gas flushing packaging machine not only can do the process of sealing, but also vacuum extraction or inert gas flushing after vacuum cycle. The function of model DZQ-600K is the same as that of model DZQ-600L, while the machine head of DZQ-600K is adjustable.

Multi-functional vacuum gas flushing packaging machine has chamberless design with double gas nozzles, so its application is not limited by the size of vacuum chamber.

Application:
DZQ-600 series multi-functional vacuum gas flushing packaging machine is suitable for package which has low demand on vacuum degree but high demand on the purity of inert-gas. Model DZQ -600L /S with double heating system is suitable for thick plastic or compound bag. The special sealing length 700, 800 or 1000 mm is available.

Note: For the powder smaller than 100 meshes, the machine should be equipped with Helix Subside Filter for collecting powder in order to protect vacuum pump.
